WALLACE GICHOHO : (CEO) Managing DIRECTOR

Has been in the ICT (Information communication and Technology) sector for four years through two of his companies, Experience Domains Kenya and Java Telecoms limited as the proprietor and CEO of both.

Call Centre Africa is his third venture, he subscribes to various Outsourcing forums and call centre management forums in the world.

Experience Domains is Kenya’s first e- commerce solutions provider and Virtual internet services provider (See Sunday Standard 22 October 2006) company, www.experiencedomains.com we also sell domains, e-mail addresses, web hosting, website development, secure socket layer and website optimization amongst other web services. On 27th October 2006 we were appointed a Jambo Telkom dealer for domains and hosting in Kenya.
Java Telecoms, which mainly deals with wireless communication equipment and VOIP solutions. On August 15th 2006, we were appointed a Telkom Kenya sub dealer for CDMA, to resell handsets and fixed headsets, RUIM cards, and calling cards. www.javatelecoms.com

Wallace has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Accounting, has sat Associate exams of the Kenya Institute of Bankers (AKIB). He has also gone through the Ovitz Taylor Gates call centre management tool kit 12 modules.

Willie Ngumi : Director

He has worked in the ISP world for the last 8 years. He initially worked with I connect as a systems administrator and used various operating systems. He rose to the web designer.

He moved to wananchi at its inception as a web designer and rose to the position of business development manager. He has been a webmaster for one of Kenya’s largest ISP (wananchi Online Ltd.)
He moved in June 2005 to the American embassy as Manager of IT systems. He has a wide range of hands on experience in programming, and Operating systems.

He has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Business.

Carol Onsando: Human Resource Manager

She has worked for various large companies in Kenya, in various Human resource capacities.

She worked for 5 years as Ranx Xerox as a regional market support manager, she then moved to Commercial Bank of Africa as a Manager Staff development for 5 years. She further moved to Nation media group as HR service manager for 2 years. She move to Zimbabwe for a year and is currently involved with Engage HR a consultancy firm.
With Selectsacs programme she has been able to tailor a stringent recruitment process that ensure once agent are put through it they come out with well defined skill sets that are trainable.

She holds a bachelors degree in Education and a Masters of Science in Management and Organizational Development.
