KISE has also gone further and opened communication with the various arms of government that touch on this industry to ensure expediency in getting operational.
Kenya's leading producer of Graduate teachers and also Kenya's largest university located in Nairobi, is in the formative stages of setting up a training program. This will ensure readily available and well trained Agents, Supervisors and Managers, with world class standard certification, who will be absorbed into the developing BPO sector as well as local Call Centre opportunities. |
